Fr. Joseph Favole, FSSP

Fr. Joseph Favole, a native of Monmouth Beach, NJ, was baptized as an infant but received the Sacrament of Confirmation at age 24. His faith deepened after moving to Maryland, where he became an active member of St. Mary’s Parish in Annapolis. In 2006, Fr. Favole attended his first Traditional Latin Mass at the historic National Shrine of St. Alphonsus in Baltimore, founded in 1854. Inspired by this experience, he joined the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) and was ordained a Roman Rite Catholic priest in 2017.

Fr. Brian T. Austin, FSSP

Priest in Residence with the Faculties of the Archdiocese
Father Austin was born in Miami, Florida and ordained to the sacred priesthood in 2009. He holds degrees from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD (B.A., Liberal Arts), Saint Paul University / University of Ottawa (J.C.L. / M.C.L., Canon Law) in Ontario, and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium (J.C.D., Ph.D., Canon Law). In addition to his priestly duties, he enjoys reading, writing, and teaching.

Deacon Douglas Anderson

Deacon Anderson is a Syracuse, New York native. He was ordained to the sacred order of the Diaconate in 1987. He holds degrees from the University of Georgia (B.A., English) and Georgia State (B.S., Respiratory). Deacon Anderson faithfully served as a respiratory therapist at St. Joseph’s Catholic hospital for forty-one years. Deacon Anderson has been serving the parishioners of St. Francis de Sales since it’s conception in 1995. In his free time he enjoys reading, music and spending quality time with his wife of fifty-three years, their three children and seven grandchildren.
